A Superwomen 2020 winner, Doshi shares her two bits on what it takes to be a superwoman in today’s day and age.
How would you define a Superwoman in today’s day and age?
We all have limited time, energy, and resources, to make the most of it is the key. For me, a Superwoman is someone who is wise in choosing where her energy goes, practices self-love, and respects herself.
Irrespective of the challenges, the modern woman has scaled the peaks of corporate and entrepreneur life and has well dug her heels there. For a Superwoman, it is essential to maintain a work-life balance with a blend of professional and personal life priorities. It is necessary, especially for women to analyze and prioritize work with a dedicated approach to maintain a perfectly balanced life.
One quality that you think every superwoman has and that helped you win Social Samosa Superwomen…
I think for any achievement, consistency is the key! Of course, Consistency flows easily if you do what you love! So, for me, passion and consistency go hand in hand for achieving my goals.

With competition everywhere, from nursery to jobs, to people having problems with their relationships or even body image issues, is a very common phenomenon these days.
Seeking help can be hard for some people, especially those at the early stages of depression. And, sometimes it just helps to talk to someone about how you feel. So I feel to make workplaces more nurturing, it is very important to have a communication system or a dedicated environment/ or even a department to do the needful. Maybe incorporate weekly Mindfulness sessions, or have conversations over coffee with your HR team!
