Celebyte adds endorsement category in offerings

Launched in June, Celebyte is a platform where fans can request a video call, pre-recorded video message or a chat with their favourite celebrity.

Celebyte gives celebrities a chance to monetise their fan base without committing to a specific app. It is an online platform where fans can request various forms of interaction and engagement points such as video calls, pre-recorded video messages and even chat with them. They already have over 600 celebrities on the platform, including Robin Uthappa, Chetan Bhagat, Saina Nehwal, and Minissha Lamba.

“We have seen a surge in requests where customers wanted a celebrity to endorse their ventures and products. So, we created a category that would give business owners a chance to reach out to celebrities for endorsements at a fraction of the cost of conventional advertising,” says Sanjay Tripathy, the Co-founder and CEO of Celebyte.

He further explains, “This form of endorsement will encourage even those with restrictive marketing budgets. We, on our part, are trying to make it a seamless experience with a shorter delivery timeline, something that isn’t possible in the traditional world of celebrity brand promotions.”
