Conceptualized by Ogilvy Mumbai, the Pond’s Cold Cream campaign titled, Bhoolna Naamumkin, tugs at the emotional chords by showcasing an endearing bond of a grandfather-granddaughter duo.

Continuing with its tagline, the brand re-emphasizes the essence of ‘Googly Woogly Woosh’ reviving memories of its previous campaigns, albeit with an emotional tale. Conceptualized by Ogilvy Mumbai, the ad campaign showcases an endearing bond of a granddaughter and an ailing grandfather who seems to trouble remembering and recognizing his loved ones.

As the campaign progresses, we see the efforts of the granddaughter to remind the old man about the bond they both share and important events of his life, only to be met with a blank expression, each time. But as it is said that some memories remain etched in hearts and are unforgettable with time, the grandfather finally recognizes the girl by touching her ‘soft’ cheeks and reiterating ‘Googly Woogly Woosh’, in an emotional manner.

In an attempt to establish the relevance of Pond’s Cold Cream for warm memories, the brand establishes its tagline ‘Bhoolna Naamumkin’.
