As Pallavi Singh steps down as the Head of Marketing, BMW India, she plans to focus on driving impact projects and initiatives for brands start-ups & non-profits, in the future.

With over 15 years of work experience, Pallavi Singh has moved on from BMW India and will take a sabbatical tentatively for a year to seek answers and reflect on new ways of doing ‘work’. She announced this through a LinkedIn post while detailing her plans for the future.

Prior to BMW India, she worked as the Head of Marketing at Morris Garages India and at Harley Davidson before that. Singh started her career with Yamaha Motors India in 2007.

Pallavi Singh, Ex-Head of Marketing, BMW India, said, " My focus is on driving impact projects and initiatives for brands start-ups & non-profits. At present, I also serve as an advisor to the Giri Foundation."

The last decade has been super exciting and eventful when people witnessed major shifts in society – climate change, communication, mobility, clean energy, social connections, and healthcare, she stated through the LinkedIn post.

Further, Singh added, "The underlying theme for my work during this time has been to harness the power of communities, build sustainable & meaningful brands and leverage technology to make an impact."

Encapsulating her future plans, she shared that her focus and efforts will now aim at engaging with businesses, brands, start-ups, and non-profits to work on demystifying and leveraging the digital-first reality, creating data-centric strategies for businesses, and building purpose and vision-based programs.

Singh believes that while great changes happened even before thw global pandemic, but COVID-19 will forever have an impact on work, life, and play.
