Revati will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing the company’s marketing strategy in alignment with the company’s global marketing vision.

Randstad India, one of the organizations providing HR services, strengthens their management team with the appointment of Revathi Raghunath as the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). Revathi brings with her two decades of experience in marketing and sales leadership, in line with Randstad’s goal of driving operational excellence and establishing their offerings for India’s vibrant employment landscape. Revathi will spearhead the planning and execution of the company’s integrated marketing efforts in India. 

She will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing the company’s marketing strategy in alignment with the company’s global marketing vision. Her responsibilities will include driving a harmonized Asia Pacific marketing strategy for Randstad India while ensuring strong local execution.

She will lead various teams, including Digital Marketing, Corporate Communications, Public Relations, Public Affairs, Research & Insights, Marketing  Operations, and Market Intelligence. This strategic decision underscores Randstad's commitment to bolstering its marketing capabilities and optimizing its digital transformation journey at scale.

Revathi joins Randstad from Dealshare, a social commerce platform, where she served as a key leader responsible for the customer experience charter. She holds a PGDM from Amrita School of Business and has pursued professional certifications in Digital Marketing from Columbia Business School and Business Analytics from XLRI. She is an active volunteer with PadsSquad, focusing on menstrual hygiene awareness and access programs, supporting over one lakh women with their hygiene needs since the pandemic.
