Facebook swarmed with content in November, especially with brands hopping the festive marketing bandwagon. In the particularly cluttered phase, a few brands managed to standout.
Data suggests that UC Browser was the hottest brand on Facebook this November. The brand went on wish granting spree with their Diwali contest. The brand further created a light heated video, weaving Diwali’s essence with a strong brand recall.
Next on the list is Canara Bank and Toyota Innova. While Canara Bank has multiple Facebook pages, Toyota Innova follows a UGC oriented strategy.
British Airways, Kurkure, Amul and MagicBricks are next on the list. Kurkure dominated social media with its #WhySoSweet campaign while Amul manages to set the social registers ringing every time it releases a new banner.
With big budget releases lined up, entertainment has been one of the most sort after topics on Facebook.
SRK’s Diwale scored high on Facebook in this genre, followed by Bahubali and young singer, Armaan Malik. With James Bond reappearing on the big screens, James Bond 007 was the fourth hottest topic on Facebook.
