‘Halloween’s coming, indeed with Instagram launching Halloween theme based filters titled ‘Haunted Halloween’ in its stories section to amp up the ghostly mood for the day with engagement.
Imbibing the Halloween spirit, Instagram has introduced a few stickers and filters under the group of Instagram Haunted Halloween filters that would make them don the look of a deadly zombie or a vampire. Announcing the update the popular photo-sharing app stated that whether you’re planning spooky activities with friends or just hanging out at home, get into the Halloween spirit by turning yourself into a zombie, transforming from a vampire into a flying bat or getting lost in a mysterious fog.
You can also add Halloween stickers to your photos and videos as a final touch. The Halloween face filters will be available till November 6th for users in U.S. and Canada.
The company has also been facing the brunt of several netizens for allegedly copying Snapchat’s filters and launching them on the app, which seems to have not deterred Instagram from releasing more and more similar filters.
