Hashtag Inventor Chris Messina shared a few screenshots of the creator accounts on Twitter. He mentioned, along with the added creator tools to his account, a redesigned inbox was also seen. The accounts are designed for public figures, content producers, artists, and influencers.
Just got invited to add creator tools to my @instagram account, including a new inbox design.

Flexible Profile Controls give an option to either hide or display contact information on your profile. While Simplified Messaging, is as the name suggests, a tool to simplify and manage messages. There are more filters to manage message requests.
Users would also see the follower counts of the Instagrammers they receive messages from, so to differentiate the message requests on the basis of their followers. More Growth Tools will help users to get insights and manage their promotions.
I appreciate the follower count on message requests too. #noYouCantHaveMyUsername #IGChris pic.twitter.com/QwdaYdfurv

Although, the new creator account tools only seem to look like they would help to manage a creator account and wouldn’t help in the creation or distribution of content.
