Airtel India extends its Airtel Cricket Bonanza Contest to the ongoing India v/s West Indies series in its relaunch programme of #AirtelThanks for its customers.

Cricket is no less than religion and enjoys a fandom like no other in India. This year, England played host to one of the biggest cricketing events- Cricket World Cup 2019 where it became the third country to lift the trophy on home ground.

While the teams battled it out on-field to outdo each other, advertisers back home were equally aggressive when leveraging the biggest cricket carnival. Airtel India went a step further this time when it revived the Airtel Cricket Bonanza contest. Launched with the onset of World Cup this year in May, the contest, Airtel Cricket Bonanza enabled cricket fanatics to make predictions during every match and win an iPhone8 amongst many other prizes.

Further, the brand has extended the contest format to the ongoing India v/s West Indies series where India will lock horns with the Carribean team for three T20Is, three ODIs, and two Tests. The giveaway contest went live on August 3 at 9.30 pm daily and ends on 3rd September 2019.

Airtel Cricket Bonanza continues with a more engaging format now with a mix of quiz and game reading skill, aka prediction in the upcoming India WI series on the Airtel Thanks app. Consumers have to play 5 questions to win.

The contest is executed in two parts- Predict and Win on match days and Cricket Trivia Quiz on days between matches. Every day 101 winners will be selected basis scores (draw of lots in case of the same score). The top prize is one iPhone 8 on match days and Mi 43 inch TV on non-match days. 100 winners per day will get gift vouchers worth Rs 200.
