Location Spotlight, a tool that enables professionals to highlight their physical business addresses on the Twitter platform is now available globally, along with more tools.

Professionals on Twitter such as creators, nonprofits, developers, small business owners, or brands now have access to a slate of new tools.

Location Spotlight

Location Spotlight allows professionals on Twitter to showcase and highlight their business address, operational hours, and contact information to help the customers reach them through phone, text, or email, apart from Twitter Direct Message and mentions.

Location Spotlight is also powered by Google Maps, streamlining the navigation process and enabling conversion of physical purchases, so consumers can click on the address link and direct themselves to the business location.

Professional Home

Professional Home is an all-encompassing resources hub that provides insights and resources that provide access to a homepage, tracks performance, discovers product offerings, and includes additional resources, that are designed to drive performance.

Profile Spotlights

Twitter is planning to test and launch more profile spotlights in the pilot phase, that intend to encourage potential customers to take the action about offerings that interest them when discovering their account on Twitter.

Workshop Series

Twitter Flight School, an educational resource from the platform is launching a monthly, live online workshop series called 'Taking Care of Business'. Professionals who are just starting off on the platform, or seasoned professionals who would want to brush up their skills and knowledge on the products and offerings available to Professionals on the platform, can register and attend the online workshops.

#TweetLikeAPro On-Demand Courses

Twitter plans to roll out 10 a-la-carte courses on Twitter Flight School that cover various topics from driving customers to purchase to leveraging the different products by Twitter.

The #TweetLikeAPro coursework is particularly designed for small to medium businesses and covers topics such as how to Up Your Tweet Game, Creating a Community of Engaged Followers, and Keeping it Simple: The 4 Cs of Content Strategy.
