Messenger rolled out a new feature called Polls for the existing their Stories today. With this new addition, users can get feedback from their friends for their posts, photos or videos right from their stories, making the Messenger Stories more interactive.

Facebook is trying hard to make Stories work for all its platforms. Today Messenger announced the launch of Polls, for Stories to enable feedback from the followers on it's official twitter handle today.

Users can now share their photos and videos and get responses from their friends.

Here's how it works -

  1. Take a photo or video
  2. Add a “polls” sticker and type the question and custom answers.
  3. After the poll is shared, friends can start voting and respond to the story directly.

This new feature of polls has lessened a huge amount of long conversations and confusion between friends as to which dress to wear for a party or which restaurant to visit!

Recently, the giant announced new features like Archive, Voice Posts and Cloud Storage for Facebook Stories.
