Who are we?

Founded in 2016, Kreativ Street is one of the fastest growing integrated marketing agency for the digital world. The team:

Neeraj Sancheti, the CEO (27) – Prior to Kreativ Street, Neeraj was the Brand Strategy and Social Media Manager at OYO Rooms. He led the brand’s content and media strategy on social resulting in becoming India’s most engaged and loved hotel brand on social media. Prior to OYO, Neeraj had a brief stint at a digital marketing agency in Gurgaon where he was servicing clients like HCL Technologies, Sesame Street, etc. Before that, Neeraj completed his master’s in international marketing from the prestigious University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, UK

Prashant Singhroha, the COO (29) – Prashant is one of the earliest social media influencers in the country. Prior to starting Kreativ Street, he was successfully running an influencer marketing agency called FTW Digital with a client base of over 50 in less than 3 years. He has been instrumental in a lot of award-winning campaign for his clients. In his leisure time, Prashant likes playing golf and hitting the gym

Hemant Kumar, the Creative Head (26) – Hemant is a creative geek. His skills and expertise range from UI/UX Designs to graphic designing to photography to interior designing and much more. A graduate from NIFT Delhi, Hemant has previously worked for brands like Sesame Street, Ricoh, Monpri, Zolo and National Cottage Emporium.  

Mahesh Devrani, the CSO (27) – An IT Engineer by choice and an MBA In Mark-Ops by interest, he was with Reliance Entertainment, FrogIdeas and Dun and Bradstreet Risk Solutions, where he discovered his love for PowerPoint and devising strategies to make brands excel. Prior to joining Kreativ Street as the Chief Strategy Officer, Mahesh was leading some of the key accounts of Reliance industries.

What’s in the name?

“Kreativ” is a German term which means “Creative”. We strive to be creative in anything and everything we do and this is not limited to doing only creative campaigns. Kreativity is in our fighter’s (employees) DNA and this is showcased in our work across service lines and the way we operate with our clients.

Why we do it?

For 18 months in 2015-2016, before starting Kreativ Street, Neeraj Sancheti was a part of the growth story that OYO carved for itself.

He shares his experience, “At OYO, I interacted with numerous agencies and found that there was a dearth of full-service agencies who could understand the consumers in the digital world. There were digital agencies who won’t get the brand, then there were creative agencies who won’t understand digital and then there were other agencies focusing only on videos or performance marketing.”

There was no eureka moment as such, rather, a combination of multiple such moments. Before starting Kreativ Street, Neeraj spoke to multiple individuals from the brand side, agency side and other experts and each one of them agreed to the challenges identified. That is when he decided to start Kreativ Street along with his co-founders.

How we evolve?

We evolve every hour, literally! Today’s digital world is witnessing dynamism at a rate never been seen in the past. To be able to serve clients trying to connect with consumers living in today’s fast-changing digital world, our team has to be on top of their game. This is done via constantly following global trends on digital transformation, changing consumer behavior, evolving business landscape, etc. Social media and blogs serve as the best channel for such information.

Social responsibility in social media

Social responsibility for us starts right from the time we start evaluating a client for a possible business relationship. We engage with a client only when we trust the people behind it and their objectives and values while running their business. We believe that if this is taken care of, everything else including being responsible on social media can be easily tackled.

Need of the hour

Moving the needle beyond having a presence on the digital medium. For many brands, being digital is still having a website and presence on social media. It’s important to make brands aware of the opportunity digital has to offer to their businesses.

We learned the hard way

In the words of George Lois, it is better to be reckless than careful. Better be bold than safe. Better to have your work seen and remembered than getting struck out. There is no middle ground in this cluttered digital world.
