Who founded the product/company?
The idea behind Crowdfire was to make all the Social Media Management tasks simpler so that the Social Media Managers and Small businesses can use their time working on strategies and making their product better. We started small with one Social Network and now we have all the major Social Networks and a CRM feature that has all the functionalities required for businesses and brands to support their customers.

Twitter – Retweets – The number of times your tweets were retweeted.Likes – The number of likes on your tweets.
Facebook profile and pages –
Shares – The number of times your post has been shared. Reactions – The sum total of the number of reactions received on all the posts on your Facebook Page. Reactions are:
LinkedIn pages Likes – The number of likes on your posts.Comments – The number of comments on your posts.
Pinterest – Saves – The total number of pins that are saved by other users from your Pinterest board
Advanced Analytics – Crowdfire supports advanced analytics data for the following platforms – Twitter, Facebook Pages, LinkedIn pages, Instagram and Pinterest.
Tweets – The number of tweets you posted during the selected time period. Likes – The number of likes you gained during the selected time period. Retweets – The number of retweets you gained in the selected time period.
Facebook Pages – Page likes – The number of likes you’ve gained on your page for the selected time period. Unlikes – The number of unlikes on your page for the selected time period. Posts – The number of post(s) you’ve posted in the selected time period.
Reactions – The sum total of the number of reactions received on all the posts on your Facebook Page in the selected time period. Reactions are: like, love, wow, haha, sorry, anger. Page post engagement – The number of times people have engaged with your posts through likes, comments, shares for the selected time period.
