Vodafone Zoozoos is at number one on the list followed by Tata Docomo, Nokia India and Samsung Mobile India.
No wonder Vodafone’s audience connects with an entertaining animated character more than plain text and images. What is commendable is that the Vodafone ZooZoo page has more fans than the Vodafone India page.
Tata Docomo lost its first position and is now second on the list. It not the market leader in the Telecom sector, but it is doing an awesome job in the online space. Tata Docomo had also adopted the world’s first CRM powered “hyper-personalized” facebook advertising model.
Nokia, Samsung Mobile India, Kingfisher and Pepsi are renowned for their active social media campaigning, which, have clearly benefited these brands. Pepsi, for example, ran various IPL related campaigns earlier this year where as Kingfisher is running its year long ‘digital only’ music program.
The 5 brands who got the highest amount of post engagement are as follows:
- Knorr India
- Philips India
- Amity University
