Who are we?
We are a creative digital marketing and communications agency aspiring to become the best at what we do! We have conducted social media campaigns for some major e-commerce companies and also for enthusiastic start-ups while thoroughly enjoying the journey.
The agency was founded when a couple started up a company because they loved the internet and wanted to spend more time together! And then they found an awesome team, and rest is all history!
What’s in the name?
“We make things viral and we love food, so we decided to position our company around the recipe to make your business viral” says Gaurav (co-founder at Viralcurry) who came up with the name for the company.
What we do?
We are into everything that’s required to strengthen a brand’s presence on the internet. Our services include developing interactive websites, creatively designing social media campaigns, donning up the creatives involved and making the communication between the brand and the audience seamless and effective.
Why we do it?
We basically started this venture because we were intrigued by the digital world. We have grown up observing the internet, experimenting with it and making campaigns around it. We have been developing content for e-commerce businesses, developing apps, websites and living all around the internet since our time in university.
How do we evolve?
Keep learning! And if the technology is running too fast, hire people who can learn for you and make your agency even more kickass!
Social responsibility in social media
There are times when clients ask us “What if you touch a sensitive topic and it creates a controversy?”
It actually strikes a thought in our minds because Social media is probably the most sensitive medium of communication for a brand. We follow our social responsibilities by keeping strict guidelines, stringently designed strategies and close communication among the team to avoid any mishaps.
Need of the hour
The need of the hour is less conventional thinking and more acceptance for social media. It takes ages to convince the manager of a 50 year old organization about the importance of social media platforms.
We learned the hard way
Making false promises to the client takes you nowhere. We have seen agencies making promises and then taking the wrong way to accomplish the targets.
Under-promise and over-deliver!
Did we just share that?
Client: Facebook – My nephew can do that. He will handle my business’s Facebook page!
Us: Sir, your nephew can draw on paper, will you make him paint the walls of your home?
They work with us
From start-ups to e-commerce websites to business schools, the journey has been real fun! Our clients include Cbazaar, Lenskart, Watchkart and Freecharge from the internet ventures space; a few interesting startups like Festivezone (an ecommerce platform to sell fireworks online), startup events including StartupYatra and InvestorYatra, educational institutions including RBMI Group of Institutions (RBMI Business school and RBMI College of Engineering and Technology).
Industry as we foresee
The growth of social media is on an all time high. Soon, we see it becoming a necessity instead of a luxury.
A day without Internet
Will have discussions and meetings without emails waiting to be replied to!
